World Bank Government - Fact or Fiction?

Over the past some time we all heard about the global protests against the ……. What?

We did not really heard what was the protesters demand. All we hear is about the tent camps and from time to time we hear interview with one of the participants that makes it looks like they are bunch of doped university students and totally alienated homeless bums that have no idea WTFIGO and why they are even there.

Maybe they are not being covered by the media the way they would like to be?

Maybe the media are somewhat asked to present them that way? By Who? Why?  That sounds crazy! Is it?

I got an email from a friend of mine, that may be somewhat related to this. I decided to share it with you, so if you would like to read it on the original page click here http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=26775 or copy and paste in your browser or just continue reading as I posted it bellow.

——————————————————————————————————————————————-
In the US, we see untold millions suffering from the impact of mass foreclosures and unemployment; in Greece, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and Italy, stringent austerity measures are imposed upon the whole population; all coupled with major banking collapses in Iceland, the UK and the US, and indecent bail-outs of “too-big-to-fail” bankers (Newspeak for too powerful to fail).

No doubt, the bulk of the responsibility for these debacles falls squarely on the shoulders of caretaker governments in these countries that are subordinated to Money Power interests and objectives. In country after country, that comes together with embedded corruption, particularly evident today in the UK, Italy and the US.

As we assess some of the key components of today’s Global Financial, Currency and Banking Model in this article, readers will hopefully get a better understanding as to why we are all in such a crisis, and that it will tend to get much worse in the months and years to come.
Foundations of a Failed and False Model
Hiding behind the mask of false “laws” allegedly governing “globalised markets and economies,” this Financial Model has allowed a small group of people to amass and wield huge and overwhelming power over markets, corporations, industries, governments and the global media. The irresponsible and criminal consequences of their actions are now clear for all to see.
The “Model” we will briefly describe, falls within the framework of a much vaster Global Power System that is grossly unjust and was conceived and designed from the lofty heights of private geopolitical and geo-economic1 planning centres that function to promote the Global Power Elite’s agenda as they prepare their “New World Order” – again, Newspeak for a Coming World Government.2

Rogers Communications Launches Pick-And-Pay TV Trial

TORONTO – Canadian cable giant Rogers Communications is the first major carrier here to experiment with pick-and-pay TV.

A domestic cable and satellite TV industry that has long packaged popular American channels with upstart Canadian services to boost their take-up has been ordered by the CRTC, the country’s broadcast regulator, to offer TV viewers more consumer choice.

The result has Toronto-based Rogers, Canada’s biggest cable operator, from November 8 rolling out a pilot program in London, Ontario that lets subscribers select their channels.

An initial 86 channels that are part of a digital starter package will be offered to local TV viewers for a base price of $20.29, with additional channels available at extra cost.

The pilot program will run until March 2012, just ahead of an April 1, 2012 deadline by the CRTC to have major Canadian carriers allow subscribers more flexibility in building their own TV packages.

We have been looking at offering more customized solutions for some time that give customers more flexibility with all the benefits of reliable, digital cable, including Rogers on Demand. This trial gives us the chance to hear from our customers about the packages that work for them,” John Boynton, executive vp and chief marketing officer at Rogers Communications, said of the pilot program.

KTVN no longer on Dish Network menu

From Satellite News on Yahoo

Local CBS affiliate KTVN was yanked off DISH Network’s list of channels late Monday night after failing to come to terms on a new contract with the satellite TV provider.

The signal for KTVN, which broadcasts on channel 2 in the area, was removed from DISH’s service around 11 p.m. Oct. 31 — the last day of its previous contract, said Lawson Fox, KTVN president.

The affiliate broadcasts such CBS programming as Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory, NCIS and Person of Interest. It is also home to the KTVN Channel 2 News Team, which includes local on-air talents Wendy Damonte, Kristen Remington and Mike Alger.

Both camps have been negotiating a new deal for a couple of months, Fox said.

“Our idea was to extend the old agreement for another month while we continued negotiations,” Fox said. “That way, viewers won’t be disrupted. But DISH decided that they didn’t want to do that.”

DISH Network, however, said the Read the rest of this entry »
