DigiCipher (4DTV) rehit instructions:

1) Obtain your DigiCipher unit ID (option 6, 5). This number must start with 0012 or 0014.

2) Tune to one of these digital channels: G1-03, G1-13, G1-150, GO-05, C3-101, G0-05, GB-24, or W5-194.

3) Enter the DigiCipher number in the NPS form.

4) Verify that your DC light is lit up green on the front of your 4DTV receiver indicating you have a digital lock on that channel. If it is not lit, either change to another channel in the list above or tune your dish position or skew settings to get a green DC light on that channel. This light must be lit for you to be able to receive a rehit.

5) Make sure you have entered your DIGICIPHER Unit ID and email address above then click the Rehit My System button.

Watch the trip counter near the bottom of the screen. When the trip counter updates you have received your rehit for digital services! Clear the screen by hitting View.

NOTES: Please read!
This rehit system will rehit only current digital programming that you have ordered from us for your unit. We cannot rehit active services you may have with other programming packagers.

Rehit results are not guaranteed to solve the problem! Rehits are sent out usually within 2 minutes or less HOWEVER, sometimes the authorization system at Motorola runs behind and rehits can take up to 20 minutes or longer during those times.

Your DigiCipher signal quality must be greater than 40 (OPTIONS - 6 - 4 - 4 - ENTER on a digital channel) to descramble digital channels.
