Still having problems with HBO?  Yes, we are.  This is not a new problem.  HBO has always been the worse channel for our customer’s to get in.  HBO will not increase their power to these channels for us, as long as the cable companies do not complain.

Unfortunately they don’t as they are using larger dishes and more expensive LNBs.

My sugestion to customers experiencing problems on those channels is to upgrade their LNBs or LNBFs to the best K temperature and digital grade they can find. Dish size matters too. As you know boys and girls ,  in this business , bigger IS better.
