New equipment was installed at the uplinker today, but the technical problems are continuing on some of the G3 channels. The uplinker is continuing to work to fix the damage caused by the lightning directly hitting their equipment last week.
Another reported problem is the guide.
The C-Band Guide is not downloading at this time. ACC’s Leon said it should be back up in about an hour or two. They are working on it to include several channels that were missing from it, especially on X4 sat.
In light of these problems , we would like all C-band customers to remain to be patient.
