WGN HD will be added to their growing selection of no extra charge HD programming.

HDNet will be available for a 2 month free preview.

HDNet produces and airs more original HD content than any other network including news, entertainment and sports programming.

It was launched as the first all-HD channel in 2001 by co-founders Mark Cuban and Philip Garvin.

STAR CHOICE TO ADD 5 MORE HD CHANNELS
Starchoice is thrilled to announce a major expansion of their programming lineup. They will be launching the World Fishing Network (WFN) and GOLTV on March 15, 2007. In total, they will be adding a 5 channels to their HD programming line-up over the coming months.

WFN (Ch. 458) and GOLTV (Ch. 459)  LAUNCH DATE: MARCH 15th, 2007
Both channels will be available as a 2 month free preview and both will be added to the MORE SPORTS bundle, or available as pick’n’pay selections at $2.49/month each.
Both WFN and GOLTV will also be available as TAKE 2 options.

The World Fishing Network (WFN) is the first television network in North America dedicated 24/7 to all aspects of fishing.

GOL TV is Canada’s first 24-hour soccer network, airing more than 1500 matches per year, with live game action from league powerhouses Spain, Italy, Germany and Brazil.

On March 22nd, Star Choice will add 2 more HD channels to its HD lineup with WGN HD and HDNet. Star Choice recently made more capacity available allowing them to aggressively increase their HD channel count. By this May, Star Choice will carry 25 HD channels with plans for even more.
